They cannot advertise tobacco products on tv (and please do not take this as support of that) but they can advertise "male enhancement" products, Viagra, Herpes medicine etc whenever???

Happy Independence Day!
Everyone says Happy 4th of July.....
That is kind of like saying "Happy November 16th" really...no difference except time of year.
